August 2023 Honoree
Charlene Harding, BSN, RN
Where do I begin? My mom was admitted due to chest pain and difficulty breathing. It’s only my sister and I (my sis has macular degeneration), and she doesn’t drive. I asked Nurse Charlene if at all possible, please let my sister and I stay with my mom, we will be quiet, stay out of the way, we just both wanted to be with our mom together. And she said she will allow us, she would come in to check on my mom, she is so compassionate and has made us feel like a truly caring person was there with us, she’s very professional but with empathy. I hope people would know and understand the feelings of the family whose loved one is sick. Thank you Nurse Charlene Harding.
Thank you, Charlene, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
