I had a code blue on one of my patients who was on dialysis and immediately went unresponsive. Charlene was so great as we both worked so hard to revive the patient. She switched compressions with me as we worked for over 25 minutes. I could not have been more grateful to have such a great nurse next to me, helping me. She communicated so well, remained calm, and acted fast with her critical thinking. I know I am so grateful to work beside her. She is always so thorough in her work and if I ever have another code I would want her next to me and I always am so grateful to have her on my team when I do relief charge shifts. She remains such a great resource to the nurses on the floor and is a great team player. Thank you, Charlene, for all you do for others and our patients.
