Charlene is an amazing and caring nurse. I truly appreciate how she checked in more often than hourly and every time she came in, she did not appear rushed or pressed for time. She was a poster child for describing medications and side effects. She was very calming when I expressed concern over a question that the doctor did not answer, she immediately looked for resolution. Charlene's sweet and caring manner was very much appreciated. She is such an asset to Siena and I so glad she was my nurse that day. Thank you for showing such kindness and compassion.
