We felt her sincerity and her concerns for her patients. She is passionate about everything she does and a proactive nurse. Her positivity helps a lot when you are feeling down.
She is so knowledgeable in her profession, she will explain to me what she is doing, why she is doing it, and what will be the next step. She'll explain to me how important it is for them to know what I feel including little things. She would let me know when to expect the doctors to come. This helps me trust everyone and that they are doing their job to make me well.
There was not a single time that she made me feel that she was scared to get near me even though she knew that she was always at risk every time she was with me. I appreciate it so much!
