She has a very sweet and kind nature about her. You can tell she’s passionate about nursing and that it is much more than just a job.
She genuinely cares for me and has been very helpful on multiple ER visits. She went above and beyond to help me on the last visit when I wasn’t even her patient, and made sure I had everything I needed.

Charlene went above and beyond to take care of my dad during his hospital stay. Not only tending to his medical needs but she also has the most caring and compassionate heart in any nurse we’ve ever met. We will never forget her and all she did for my dad and our family.

When she came by I could ask her for information and she would check into it and get back to me. Charlene is also very pleasant and naturally helps patients to feel better emotionally.
