Such a lovely midwife! Always makes sure you are okay even if everything is already okay. She pops her head around to check if I needed anything and explains everything very clearly, so there are never any lingering questions. She is very polite, always has a smile, and always makes time for everyone. I honestly had a hard time with my stay, but I always really looked forward to finding out that Charlene was on shift, as she always had a natural way to brighten my mood and make me feel better no matter what the issue was. I really believe she deserves this Award as I have spoken to other patients and they have all said they felt this way with her too.
