Charles is an incredible nurse. He has provided compassionate care to my mother beyond the call of duty. He looked beyond her fear and anxiousness making her comfortable. Charles is one of the best nurses I have encountered while taking care of my elderly mother. He made sure she was more than just comfortable, he also provided excellent nursing skills. She has dementia and he treated her like any other patient. Took his time to make sure she knew what he was doing. He is patient and one of the kindest people I have ever met. Because of all of this, I was able to leave my mother and go home and sleep which I had not done in two days. He is a stellar nurse and is in the right profession. Thank you, Charles, for making my mother's stay here a positive experience.
