I wish I were able to provide one specific story, but the truth is there are many. Charles is the living definition of nursing. He provides exceptional care. He cares for each patient as if they are the only ones he has to care for and treats all with dignity and respect. He gives the patient a sense of safety and security; they never have to wonder if they are getting the best care because they are. He is not afraid to give some tough love at times, but he is always there to guide the patients he cares for. He is kind and compassionate, and our patients and our team are blessed to have him.
