From day one Charles Dolinta went above and beyond his duties to serve me. Charles is so dedicated to his work and excited about helping others. Every single time I saw him he had a smile on his face and when he walked out of my room he walked out with words of encouragement. Charles made my stay easier and I felt calm knowing I was in good care. I almost hate to go home because I will miss his smile. All the staff working on 9 Observation was outstanding and I thank you for taking care of me so well!

Charles Dolinta has such a lovely spirit and wonderful smile. No matter how many times I paged him, he would come in with a smile and ask, "what can I help you with?". In the midst of time not feeling well, he kept a smile on my face. It was great having Charles as my nurse.
