Charles was a great blessing to our family. His insight, experience, and expertise gave us confidence in our brother's care. He is a fantastic nurse but also so much more. When asked for details of my brother's condition, he was our teacher. When we needed a balanced outlook, he was our counselor. When we needed a warm and empathetic heart, he was our friend. Charles stood out to us as special even in comparison to the rest of the wonderful staff.
