Being under Charles' care has been a wonderful experience. Not only is he compassionate, he's also a delight to be around. His knowledge about various topics is informative and interesting. He's gentle when administering medicines intravenously and a real comfort to my worried mind about being in a hospital. He deserves recognition for all the good he does. He is a credit to his profession. He makes being in a hospital less terrifying.

Charles is extremely well rounded. He is attentive, has a sense of humor and knowledgeable. He remembers your name, your spouse's name and even friends' names. He was happy to get whatever I needed. Charles continually gave exceptional care!
