Charles Kihara, RN

Charles Kihara is a hands-on RN who meets daily with every patient during his shift. He will problem-solve in a moment, making the ward and staff safe. As a treatment team member, Charles always brings the nursing voice to the table. He makes sure that the patient’s perspective is never lost in conversations. Charles is collaborative with all disciplines, and his skills in working with patients, especially those with higher needs, are second to none.
