Chuck went above and beyond in the assistance of another RN in caring for a patient in a critical situation. Chuck provided clarity on a sensitive legal topic as well as opened lines of communication between the RN caring for the patient and the psych MD, which allowed care to transition peacefully and without violence from the patient towards staff.
