Charles Montgomery was my mom's nurse the night she transferred from MSICU to the fourth floor of building B. Mom was admitted to the hospital for dehydration due to nausea and diarrhea and she was still dealing with these issues when she transferred from MSICU to B4 floor. 

Charles was so kind, empathetic, compassionate, and patient with my mom. He spent a significant amount of time in her room, not only helping her but also enlightening both my brother and I who were trading off staying with mom. It is obvious he has a passion for helping people and committing to helping them get better. I believe the care he gave mom that night was indeed very instrumental in her getting better. He answered my non-stop questions patiently and insightfully and he messaged the attending doctor more than once to get clarification and guidance.
