Our facility is proud to have an exceptional clinician, visionary leader, and extremely hard-working team member. Charles is a "hands-on" leader. This was demonstrated on one specific occasion when the unit was full and the staff were all assigned in patient care when a call came in for a critical stroke patient needing transfer to the facility. Charles supported his nurses and accepted the patient transfer himself. His exceptional bedside care allowed him to provide safe care and demonstrated to his staff his flexibility in his role.
