“Charlie was a kind man; he was a very good nurse. He always took very good care of me and did everything he could to make me comfortable. At night, I couldn't get any sleep; Charlie would get me what I needed to help me have a better night.”

“Charlie provided my mother with exceptional care. I arrived just after 8 am, and he assisted my mother to the restroom, set up a breakfast tray, and made more trips to the bathroom. Charlie explained there would be more labs and tests along with a visit from cardiac rehab. Each time, he asked if Mom was okay with him helping her. Charlie is very gentle in handling mom but did so with confidence. I believe a newer nurse but already a great one. Charlie went above and beyond responding to call lights.”

If I were not present at the hospital and there were any questions about my mother or from my mother, he would contact me to ask or review any questions.
