My stay here was so fantastic, pleasant, I felt so comfortable and cared for. Charles was a big part of that. The minute he walked into the room and met him, he made me feel so at home and brought my spirits up because I was so worried about my kidney condition since I only have one. Also, I was in a great deal of pain due to the gout episode I had. It was on both feet so I could not stand or walk. He reassured me everything would be okay. He explained questions I had and even helped me on what diet to eat for gout being he also has had it. I thank you, Lakewood Regional, for having this wonderful, very happy, and assuring man working here. I tell you when he came in to help me with whatever needs I had or as many as I had, he was smiling, attentive, and always made me laugh and forget about my pain. He also pushed me to try a little more to walk and believe me it helped me. Please recognize this person, Charles. He knows his job and does it well and most of all he makes people recover sooner with his experience and his beautiful, jolly attitude. He’s a great person. Thank you for having him work for you. He is a real asset to this hospital.
