Chuck kept me very well informed of what was going on with my brother before and after his surgery (all 3 surgeries). He was compassionate regarding not just his patient (my brother) but my family's needs. He made sure the doctor knew I was waiting for his phone call after the surgery to talk to me, let me know how the surgery went, and the outcome and what to expect. Chuck also called me to let me know he was back in the ICU and that the surgeon would be calling me regarding what was done and why.
