... Charles provided nursing care to an assigned group of patients. One of those patients was an older gentleman who was dying from a terminal illness. His family was gathered around him. While there, they witnessed the extraordinary care given to their loved one by Charles, and the other nurses and patient care technicians. The family wanted to make sure that Charles was recognized.
