Charlie Beeman was nominated by the foster parent of two clients he cares for in Arizona.
Charlie has been with this foster family for 11 years. "It was refreshing to meet a nurse who had nothing to prove because he is confident," said the parent. He goes to doctors' appointments, has been there at end of life for some members of the house, and shows up daily with a smile, treating everyone with dignity and respect. "He keeps me calm because we trust him. We have been able to create a loving, nurturing environment because of him. We don't have the words to express the essence of what he does. He is that special."
