I was waiting to have a procedure and I was feeling sad. Charlie was there to cheer me up and hold my hand. Charlie made me smile and laugh; he was my rock. He knows that I am anxious. He keeps telling me that I am a trooper and I appreciate that. Charlie is very in tune with people and really tries to crack a joke, just listen or do whatever he can to lighten the load.
I have been very emotional and to be quite honest, if not for Charlie, I think I may have asked to be discharged to let this illness takes its course to wherever God wants. But, Charlie keeps telling me "don't give up" and "keep on keeping on". Thanks Charlie for making my hospital stay bearable, for making me smile and mostly letting me talk.

Charlie was consistent and thorough making sure that my mom's needs were met. He was kind to us all and responded to every concern and request that we had. Charlie took the time to help us as a family when we struggled.
