My father was at the Hamilton Unit for 2 weeks and Charlie was his nurse almost everyday. When I was at work, I called him everyday and asked questions. He was terrific. I felt so comfortable knowing my Dad was being taken care of while I was away. He is the most compassionate and caring man/nurse I have ever met. I believe that God placed him in our lives for a reason. I know that Charlie is where God wants him to be. He was in the room with us when Dad passed. I would not have it any other way. He deserves this award hands down. I feel he is a great asset to your team!
