Charlie Scott, RN

My baby girl was born via c-section. While in the operating room, Charlie was the NICU nurse; he immediately saw something was wrong with my baby. He kept my husband and myself aware of what was going on and stated they were taking her to the NICU. The two days my daughter was there, Charlie was her nurse and took exceptional care of her. On day 2, the physician decided she would need a care flight to Children’s Dallas. I was unaware, and Charlie was not able to tell me anything, so he made sure I had a box of tissues and stood by my side and held my hand when the doctor gave us the news. Charlie was very kind and patient and showed so much compassion towards my husband and me. If I was ever in need, I would have him as a nurse whenever my family needed to come to TMC.
