Charlie kept me posted on my mom’s condition continuously. He would call me every morning to update me on her condition the previous night. If he ever thought she was getting more critical, he would call me to ensure I came to see her. Charlie is the reason that I was holding my mom’s hand when she died. He kept me in the loop consistently, and that meant so much to me. I genuinely love him for what he did for me in such a sad time.
