Charlie goes out of her way to make sure I am getting the best treatment and care that is needed. She is very loving, caring, genuine, and loves her job and patients. When my call bell goes off she is here in 2-3 minutes to attend to me. She is such a sweetheart. She has made my stay here a lot less stressed; when I need my medication she is here ASAP.
