My first birth was extremely traumatic, and I was very close to death. This left me with significant anxiety and PTSD. Charlotte has helped me to move past this extreme anxiety and to a place where I now feel fine about my next child who is due shortly. Without Charlotte’s care, this would not have happened. In addition to my previous history around birth, I also have an autoimmune condition which increases the risk to the baby, and I was told I needed to have extra checks. Charlotte helped me process this and found time to make sure she could manage my checks so I retained the same care. Charlotte makes me feel like a human and listens to my concerns whilst also helping me to move past them. I genuinely could not have imagined feeling as I do about my upcoming birth without Charlotte. She is genuinely amazing.
