Charlotte Bow, BSN, RN
During our first visit for chemo, my mom was very nervous and scared. Charlotte came out bubbly and very attentive. She talked mom through the process, offered lots of comfort,s and made her feel welcomed and at ease. The next day, when she arrived, she wasn’t her nurse, but she made it a point to stop and say hi. Charlotte called her by name and checked in on her periodically. Her fantastic care and heart for her patients were obvious. In observing over the next few visits, it was apparent she was attentive to all her patients. She is a wonderful caregiver and has a gift of caring and hospitality for all.
