My son was admitted on a Friday for complications from a procedure. He was in pain, scared, and anxious about the financial implications of his stay. Charlotte was compassionate and sincere in her approach to him.
In my work, we talk a lot about meeting people where they are, adjusting our communication style so that patients can easily understand what we are saying, and listening to understand. Charlotte did all those things intuitively! I felt so reassured that my son was under Charlotte's capable and compassionate care.
