Charlotte Carter, RN

Charlotte was one of my nurses when I had double hip replacement surgery. She was exemplary in her care for me. She was compassionate and kind. She anticipated my needs before I had to ask. One example was during a fire alarm incident when I became very scared and anxious. She put on soothing music and helped me with my breathing to calm down. She had an intern shadowing her and she displayed professionalism and kindness to him while teaching him to care for patients. It was very noticeable how hard these nurses work but you cannot tell by the way they tirelessly care for their patients. Charlotte is one of the finest, you are lucky if you have her!
