I have always been appreciative of the care I received at Sonora Regional Hospital. Charlotte went above and beyond to save my life. I had a total knee replacement in January. Upon coming out of the anesthesia and epidural shot that was required for the surgery, I realized laying there that I was going to pass out. I let Charlotte know I was going to pass out and that's the last thing I remember. When I awoke, Charlotte informed me that I indeed passed out and after seven seconds the monitor flatlined.

She immediately went into nurse mode and started compressions, which brought me back. I don't know how long I was out, but Charlotte acted quickly. I was still a little dizzy but realized what she had done. I am very thankful for her quick judgment. It's nurses like Charlotte that make me feel proud of my local hospital and all the care I have received over the years. The doctors and nurses have taken great care of me and have actually saved my life on more than one occasion. Thank you all.
