Charlotte is such a wonderful asset to this hospital in all aspects of her job. She is confident and very knowledgeable in everything she does. Her bedside manner is beyond amazing. She is the kindest most caring person I have ever met.

My mom was in ICU and Charlotte made us (the family) comfortable. She was more than willing to explain everything she was doing to and for my mother. She made a very hard time for our family so much easier. Words cannot even come close to explaining just how amazing Charlotte really is. She took care of my mother as if she was a member of her own family. I can go on and on. She deserves this DAISY Award and the recognition for being the greatest, most wonderful nurse I have ever met.
