As miserable as I was feeling, and with not a lot of sympathy from others, Charlotte was at my beck and call for 2 nights, she was attentive, sympathetic and empathetic. She took the time to sit down in the chair next to me and talk with me, not at me. She listened, asked questions and was sincerely interested and concerned with my symptoms and how I felt. She is a wonderful nurse and human being. She does the hospital proud.
