Charlotte helped my sister and me move my dad to a mobile, reclining chair so that he could see the Hospice House, where he had been for four days, without leaving his room. Her joy over his excitement at "breaking out of his room" was so contagious. She filled us with her spirit of adventure and happiness in touring our dad around the Hospice House. We took pictures as we toured (Charlotte's idea). Dad got to see the stained-glass windows he and my mom had gifted to the facility. It was a thrilling day and the last good day our dad has had. We want to thank Charlotte for that special afternoon with us!
