Charlotte was an amazing charge nurse. She was always there with strength and clarity. She was also so kind and compassionate. After my daughter died and we were saying goodbye to the staff, this Nurse gave me a big, compassionate hug and gave us her condolences. Her sincerity touched me, and we are so thankful for her strong and calm presence during such a difficult time.
