Charlotte is a very kind, caring and nurturing person with an amazingly funny personality! When you are being stuck with needles in both arms, sometimes professional, honest, good clean humor can be the best medicine. She always fulfilled her job before she left the room. Charlotte was very thorough with the simple things, such as teaching me to wash my hands correctly. Teaching me how to catch my breath and learning I wasn't going to die from not being able to breathe deeply. She calmed me, instructed me and cared enough to be sure I was OK. She is a great nurse and a great lady!
