Charlotte is an extraordinary nurse. Very patient, caring and compassionate. As I watched her with a demented patient, she had three requests back to back from the family. She was not frustrated, but very caring and compassionate. She took time and showed genuine concern. She stood by his bed and rubbed his hand to provide comfort and caring and that is what makes Charlotte an extraordinary nurse.
