I have been at Henry Ford Allegiance Health several times. I had the absolute best nurse I have ever had during my last stay. Her name is Charlotte. I was in the worst pain of my life and very concerned that nothing was helping to lower my pain level. Rather than sit and ask me questions, Charlotte reacted, got me comfortable, checked on me, and did not leave my side until I was feeling better. Charlotte stayed and answered every question that my husband and I had and didn't make us feel like we were bothering her.
Once being moved into another room, the new nurse told me Charlotte had called to tell her about me and had a heating pad ready for me to try to help with some of my muscle pain. I have never felt so taken care of before this visit. Charlotte is truly an amazing nurse and is a nurse that I would want taking care of my children and loved ones. I felt important and safe.
