I had surgery on 1/23/25, and Charm was my post-operative nurse. She was very compassionate and caring. She explained everything that she was doing and the reason why, for me to understand and feel safe. I felt like I had a family member taking good care of me. She was constantly at my bedside to monitor my recovery and response to the treatment.

She gave me updates on my recovery, progress, and also my surgeon, when she called him to update him on my progress. Her dedication as a nurse is extraordinary. I would like to thank Charm from the bottom of my heart for the extraordinary care, compassion, and kindness she showed me during my stay in her unit. Your outstanding commitment to patient care is truly commendable. Thank you again for all that you do as a nurse.
