Charm was an absolute sweetheart. My husband came in for a procedure today. She was so professional, friendly, and just an overall wonderful lady. She explained the procedure in detail, answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable, and updated me (the anxious wife) during the entire procedure and recovery.
