I was due to get induced, and after a failed induction, was sent home to return three days later. During the first induction, I met Charyl, who was my night nurse, and she was such a breath of fresh air. She talked to me like I was at brunch with her and a girlfriend. It was so comforting knowing she was there for me during the nights.

During my second stay and induction, I had the joys of having both of these ladies on my team, and they were nothing short of incredible. This was my first birth experience, and because of it, I didn't feel alone. Jenny was so motherly and comforting and soft spoken. She held me for my epidural and was elated to see me after she had a day off with my baby, finally in my arms.

Charyl was my night nurse again for my second stay and made the decision to have an induction so I could safely have my baby, and for that I'm forever grateful. They cheered me on during recovery and through the hoops of feeding my baby. One morning during shift swap, I overheard Charyl tell Jenny she really likes you, and I almost teared up knowing someone else had seen it too, how great Jenny is.

Thank you, Charyl, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
