Chase demonstrated positive feedback by always keeping our family educated on the medicines and dosages and blood cultures for our daughter. Chase was very proactive and patient in teaching myself and my husband every medicine they administered. He explained every increase or decrease in our daughter's blood work and vital signs. He would also explain the when and why he would do the things he had done and the causes and effects of it. Chase has made a difference in our family's life and I would like to recognize him for his heroism.
Also, Chase went out of his way to find a recliner chair for me and my husband so we could stay the night when we were here. He provided blankets and pillows and made our experience very comfortable. He continued visiting when we were out of ICU, 4th floor. Thank you to the Flash from our family to you!
