She is very responsive, patient, and shows true empathy. She is a consummate professional who makes all her patients feel cared for and comforted. Any time I needed something, she’d be ready to help, from medications to listening to me while I cried due to pain or frustration. She took my hand, rubbed my back, applied lotion, and helped me refocus on the positive.

Chelci, who surprised me by saying that she is still a resident nurse, is a gem. We need more nurses like Chelci in this world!
