One day when I was really upset. Chelcie came in the room and within five minutes I was smiling and I felt like a ton was lifted off of my shoulders. She always made me feel welcome. She always has a smile on her face. She always let the family and patient know what she was going to do. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.
