I was Chelsea's patient. She got me checked in to the pre-op station, gave me a thorough briefing of what to expect, including time frames, and assisted with my patient gown. She made sure I was most comfortable with additional warm blankets and correct on and off loading of the gurney. She told me what to expect and when.

She assisted in the coordination of all the phases of the pre-operation, operating room time, and recovery time. She assisted my wife with responses to all of her questions and enabled her to correctly administer her time before, during, and after my surgery. I was totally impressed with her execution of all the required duties. Chelse was a blessing to my knee replacement experience. She treated me like a valued friend or visiting dignitary, who flashed with a contagious smile and gracious attitude.

She offered gentle support when needed and positive affirmation of her skill as a professional nurse and a giving person who is a joy to share time with, and rendered top-tier services. It’s evident that her work ethic supports the key objectives associated with her unit’s performance goals.
