Chelsea Dick handled a critical situation following my sister's collapse into a non-responsive state, followed by a severe seizure. She came into the ICU from the ER in very serious condition with a poor outlook. She was delirious for 3 days, extremely difficult to manage, and a risk to herself as well as those who tried to care for her.
Chelsea was absolutely amazing: strong, taking action, working with her team, caring and sharing, keeping me informed, keeping my sister safe, and all the time monitoring and adjusting to manage an extremely volatile situation. Chelsea did it all with professionalism and humanity, and a great sense of humor! We were fortunate to have her service for the first 2 days, the worse 2 days, of my sister's 6-day stay at the clinic. Chelsea got both of us through it.
