Chelsea is always easy to approach and communicative. She is non-judgemental and she cares about her patients deeply. She acknowledges their feelings. One night she took report and went to see her patient. The patient was depressed and on the call light most of the time. Chelsea sat with her, listened, hugged her and made her feel better about herself. She used positive communication and is very affectionate and devoted to bringing the positive out in the patient's feelings. She makes the patient's stay pleasant.
