Chelsea's clinical instructor noted that she is an excellent student who impressed both preceptor and staff during the first week of her transitions course because of her bedside manner, skill, and overall willingness to assist in any situation. Chelsea has a very special pediatric nurse perspective of treating the entire family unit as the patient collectively and has provided comfort and compassionate care to them while treating the child in need of nursing care. Chelsea's positive and cheerful disposition has brought smiles to many children.
