Chelsea Intal, BSN, RN, OCN

Chelsea was walking to lunch and passed a middle-aged man on an office chair with security standing by him. Chelsea stopped and was told by the patient he was having chest pain and had four heart attacks in the past. She wheeled him to a safe place, had him sit on the ground, and instructed security to call EMS.

In the meantime, while waiting for EMS to arrive, she did an assessment and asked this man questions regarding his past medical history. She stayed next to him until EMS arrived, gave them her report, and came back to work. This is one example of why Chelsea is such an incredible nurse. She works quietly but is fearless in working through critical situations.
