I honestly can’t think of just one specific incidence, but just in general, I believe she is a very good Assistant Nurse Manager who is always able to stay calm no matter what the situation may be. She always has a positive attitude, is nice and extremely easy to talk to.

She is very dedicated to her nurses and patients. She is always there when we need her. Most times we don’t even have to ask, she just knows!
