Chelsea Sachs, BSN, RN

Chelsea continuously goes above and beyond for the patients she cares for. She is an excellent nurse who is very dedicated to those she serves. She exceeds all expectations and provides high quality care to not only the patient but also the family. Chelsea has been caring for a patient who has had a 9 month+ hospital stay and has a very complex discharge given the caregivers medical needs. Chelsea took countless hours of time to make very detailed medication list that was color coordinated to match the appropriate bottles of medication. In addition, she color coordinated all of the medication syringes with the appropriate colors and medication dose (in mL). She spent enormous amounts of time with the caregiver of the patient and ensuring she felt comfortable with the level of care that would be required at home. Chelsea deserves to be recognized for her dedication to these patients and the excellent cares she provided. Because of Chelsea, this patient and his caregiver was set up for success after discharge. Thank you Chelsea for all you do, we are so lucky to have you as a nurse taking care of our patients!
